How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in robust, flat packaging to ensure your documents are thoroughly protected. You can rest assured that the packaging will not display any identification of our website or its contents, ensuring complete confidentiality. Your package will not reveal that it contains a diploma or certificate.

What are the shipping costs?

We make every effort to keep shipping rates budget-friendly without profiting from these fees. Our pricing is competitive, and we compare alternatives to ensure you receive the best deal available.

  • 4 to 6 business days Ground – €89

    Following University delivery (not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories)

  • 2 business days €129

    Overnight – €180 / before 11 AM next business day.

  • Overnight €90

    After 3 PM next business day.

Are there locations where you do not provide shipping?

There are certain areas restricted by our courier, and we have opted not to ship to specific countries for business reasons. Currently, we do not ship to countries such as Iran, Cuba, Colombia, Spain, Iraq, Nigeria, North Korea, Libya, Belarus, Zimbabwe, Myanmar, South Yemen, Sudan, and Syria. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us, and we may be able to propose an alternative remedy. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these limitations may cause.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, all packages require a signature upon delivery. This policy is beyond our control. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may have the package routed to a different location, such as your workplace or a hotel. You can also leave a signed note for the delivery driver requesting that the package be left unattended, though this is at the driver’s discretion. Alternatively, you can request that the package be held at your local delivery center for pickup at your convenience.

Shipping Options

When can I expect my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created. Once available, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please understand that tracking details may take several hours to be updated, as the package needs to show movement within the system. Your order is generally dispatched within 12 to 15 days, subject to the delivery timeframe from the University. Subsequently, we will promptly send your package.

When will my order be dispatched?

For orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) prior to our cutoff time, your package will be dispatched the following business day. For instance, if you place an order on Tuesday after the cutoff, it will ship out on Wednesday. Orders submitted after the cutoff on Friday or on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. In select areas, we offer Saturday delivery. Should there be a holiday during the week, your package will be shipped the next business day.
